Police have charged a 33-year-old woman after a fatal rollover near Prince Albert on August 4, 2024.

The crash on Whitfield Road resulted in the death of a female passenger, while two others were injured. Following an extensive investigation, authorities arrested the driver on January 22.

She is charged with impaired driving causing death, operating a vehicle over the legal blood alcohol limit, and dangerous driving.

The woman is scheduled to appear in Prince Albert Provincial Court on February 13.
