Royal Saskatchewan Museum latest facility to shut down

The Royal Saskatchewan Museum is closing its doors today, until further notice, to help curb the spread of COVID-19.

Parks, Culture, and Sport Minister Gene Makowsky says that closing the museum is part of taking a proactive approach to promote social distancing to stop the spread of the virus.

The T.rex Discovery Centre in Eastend, Saskatchewan is not scheduled to open for the summer until May 16th.

During the physical closure of the RSM, social media and website updates will keep followers engaged on https://royalsaskmuseum.ca/, Facebook (@Royal.Saskatchewan.Museum), Twitter (@royalsaskmuseum) or Instagram (@RoyalSaskMuseum).
