Sask reports 8th case of COVID-19

Saskatchewan has its 8th case of COVID-19.

The resident was tested in Regina after being in Vancouver. The person, who is in their 50’s, is currently self-isolating at home.

Seven of the eight cases in Saskatchewan so far have been related to travel.

As of yesterday, Dr. Saqib Shahab who is the province’s chief medical health officer says 796 tests have been taken with two positive, five presumed positive and 16 tests still pending.

As of this morning, Canada has 433 reported cases of COVID-19.
