Despite comeback, Pats fall to Brandon

The Regina Pats played strong down the stretch and forced a comeback, but eventually came up short Saturday night.

The Pats found themselves down 2-0 to the Brandon Wheat Kings, before Connor Bedard and Ryker Evans tied the game up.

With the goal, Connor Bedard extended his point streak to 5 games.

Nolan Ritchie would seal the win for the Wheat Kings 1:40 into overtime.

Pats goalie Roddy Ross had 31 saves in the loss and the team now has a record of 1-2-2.

They’ll look to rebound on Tuesday when they take on the Winnipeg Ice.
