Government alerting travellers about flights that those who have tested positive for COVID-19 were on.

The Saskatchewan government is releasing a list of 14 flights that had a confirmed case of COVID-19 on board.

These flights flew into oR  out of either the Regina or Saskatoon airports and include the row numbers where there is some concern.

The flights are as follows:

  • Egypt Air flight MS 0995, from Cairo, Egypt, to Toronto;  flight date March 5; rows 12-23
  • Air Canada flight AC 1121, from Toronto to Saskatoon; flight date March 6; rows 2-15
  • Sunwing flight WG 0292, from Cancun, Mexico, to Saskatoon; flight date March 7; rows 23-29
  • WestJet flight WS 1333, from Las Vegas to Saskatoon; flight date March 8; rows 3-9
  • WestJet flight WS 0302, from Vancouver to Regina; flight date March 11; rows 5-9
  • WestJet flight WS 3263, from Regina to Edmonton; flight date March 11; rows 12-18
  • Sunwing flight WG 0540, from Cancun, Mexico, to Regina; flight date March 14; rows 23-29
  • WestJet flight WS 0323, from Toronto to Saskatoon; flight date March 14; rows 17-20
  • WestJet flight WS 3268, from Edmonton to Regina; flight date March 14; rows 5-11
  • WestJet flight WS 3300, from Calgary to Regina; flight date March 14; rows 14-20
  • WestJet flight WS 3238, from Edmonton to Calgary; flight date March 15; No seat information available
  • WestJet flight WS 3372, from Calgary to Saskatoon; flight date March 15; No seat information available
  • Air Canada flight AC 1119, from Toronto to Regina; flight date March 17; rows 1-15
  • Sunwing flight WG 0217 from Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic and Cunagua, Cuba, to Saskatoon; flight date March 19; rows 9-12.

If you were on one of these flights and you were in one of the rows mentioned, you are being asked to self-monitor yourself and to self-isolate for 14 days from the time of potential exposure.  If you were on one of these flights, but not in one of the rows, you are asked to self-monitor yourself for any symptoms for 14 days from the time of the flight and seek attention if you start to feel ill.
