Regina Police charge pair after robbery and forcible confinement incident

A Regina man and woman are facing numerous charges after a robbery and forcible confinement incident Tuesday night.

Around 8:00 p.m. police were called to a house on the 1200 block of King Street, where the victim was accosted by three men and a woman who were believed to be armed with a handgun, long gun, machete and a hammer.

The victim was bound and robbed of his cell phone, wallet and car keys.

The victim was able to free himself and notify police the suspects had stolen his vehicle, which plain clothed officers located at a business in Harbour Landing where a man and woman were both arrested and charged.

Twenty-six-year-old Arlen Larocque and 20-year-old Jayleen McNab are facing charges that include armed robbery with a firearm and forcible confinement.

Both will be in court Wednesday morning.
