Health Canada Issues Warning Over tainted Jif Peanut Butter

Smuckers Canada issuing a recall today on Jif Peanut butter due to possible salmonella contamination.

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency says the products were sold both nationally and online.

If you think you may have consumed a contaminated product – call your doctor.

If you have contaminated products do not consume them – throw them out or return them to the place they were purchased. Salmonella tainted products will not appear spoiled – but can lead to serious illness.
