The provincial government is launching an ad campaign reminding Saskatchewan residents to get vaccinated against COVID-19 when they are eligible.
The “Stick It To COVID” campaign will feature real Saskatchewan residents who will be sharing their stories on why they are getting vaccinated, and will be released to a variety of media platforms.
We’re launching Stick It To COVID, our ad campaign to get our province vaccinated. It reminds us of the things we’ve missed, but more importantly, the things we can look forward to once enough Saskatchewan people are vaccinated. pic.twitter.com/Nv9cnQHzQN

Some of the ads will feature Saskatchewan Roughrider Legend George Reed, as well as Leah Sawatsky, an ER Nurse from Regina who has worked the front-lines throughout the pandemic and was also one of the first people in Saskatchewan to receive a COVID vaccine.
In a news release, Premier Scott Moe says Saskatchewan’s vaccination effort leads the country because the people of this province know the best thing to do in order to get back to normal is to get vaccinated.
According to yesterday’s COVID-19 report, over 136 thousand people have received at lease one dose of the COVID vaccine in Saskatchewan so far.
