A 16 year old is facing charges after an incident near Campbell Collegiate Monday.

Regina Police were called to the 100 block of Massey Road just after 5:00pm when EMS said they were taking a 15 year old boy to the hospital with injuries believed to be from a fight.

Investigation led to the arrest of a 16 year old boy.

Police say the boy cannot be named under the Youth Criminal Justice Act, but he is charged with aggravated assault.

He will make his first appearance in Youth Provincial Court on October 31st.
