Charges have been laid in a collision that occurred Tuesday morning.

A 7 year old boy was struck by a truck on Dalgeish drive enroute to school.

Today Regina city police announced formal charges against 47 year old Charles Howard Raycroft.

Charges include impaired driving and dangerous operation of a vehicle causing bodily harm.
