Roughriders release depth chart for tomorrow’s preseason game against Winnipeg

The Saskatchewan Roughriders have posted the depth chart for tomorrow’s preseason finale against the Winnipeg Blue Bombers.

For the most part, the lineup will likely serve as a preview of the opening-day lineup for the Roughriders against the Edmonton Elks on June 11.

Possible exceptions include C.J. Reavis filling in for Derrick Moncrief at the strongside linebacker.

With Micah Johnson sitting out Friday’s game, Miles Brown and Demarcus Christmas will start at defensive tackle and Anthony Lanier II is bumping over to defensive end.

Offensive tackle Jerald Hawkins is currently away from the team due to a for a personal matter, leaving Philip Blake to start at left tackle. Evan Johnson starts at left guard and Logan Ferland will begin the game at right guard.

Trevor Harris will make his debut as the starting quarterback for the Roughriders after missing last week’s matchup against BC.

Coverage for tomorrow’s preseason contest against Winnipeg begins at 3:30. Opening kickoff is set for 6:30.
