RCMP and the Major Crimes unit are investigating after a woma died on the Ochapowace First Nation early Saturday morning.

Broadview RCMP say they were called to a home on the First Nation around 2 AM after receiving a report of a woman in need of medical help.  When they arrived, the woman was dead.

The name of the woman has not been released. but police do know who she is and that her family has been notified.
