The Weyburn Beavers jumped out to a six-run lead and never looked back on their way to a 8-1 win over the Regina Red Sox at Tom Laing Park.
In the second inning, the Beavers scored four runs before adding runs in the second inning and third inning.
Red Sox first baseman Camden Coleman had the lone RBI on Tuesday night. Regina was held to four hits throughout the night.
Clayton Deatherage took the loss for the Red Sox, he lasted one inning allowing four runs on four hits.
Regina will now head to Alberta for a four-game road trip. They will play a pair of games in Lethbridge beginning on Thursday. They will then close the weekend with two games in Okotoks.
