Regina Police have issued another COVID-19 related ticket. The ticket was issued after a protest Saturday afternoon, which police say was attended by at least 19 people. The protest on Victoria Avenue was against the province’s COVID-19 regulations. One woman was issued a $2,800 ticket for participating in an outdoor gathering over 10 people.
